This is a Place 1989 brand and a size 10 in girls. This is a bubble style with black netted flowers around the neck. The bottom is gathered & makes a bubble effect. the black & white fabric is sheer with a white lining underneath. two buttons & hoop closure in the back. I took a photo of the dress inside out to show the lining. Very cute! 100% polyester. Machine wash cold gentle cycle, tumble dry low. From the back of the neck to the bottom is 24 1/2"
