fab_fun_finds @ruffner08 Hi! I added a couple of photos. There is no stretch. I unzipped and folded back to show the band around chest. I also took flat picture with tape measure. Approximately 15.5” across. The back is very slightly lower than the front so the measurement is approximate. Hope that helps!
