This Isaac Mizrahi for Target skirt has oodles of retro charm, from its fantastic floral print to its gathered waist. I think it has a 1950’s silhouette with that little bit of volume. The background is off-white, and the print is lime green, turquoise, and mango yellow, all outlined in a faintly sparkly gold/bronze. Waist is 15 3/4” flat (no stretch), length is 23 3/4. Back zip. Lined. 100% cotton. Excellent condition. 💛💚💙
