diamoninthrough @savypi I know in a dress like that it is difficult to measure but I am about 39” to 40”. I have gained a little weight lol

savypi @diamoninthrough yes it is difficult to measure, it was between 20”-21” and that depends where your hips fall 🙂 but I can tell you that the material has plenty of give and continues to flare out gradually towards the hem.
