Merona brand from Target 100% Rayon dress. Lightweight fabric and breathable for summer! Easy to wear loose or belted or layered. Sleeveless with v-neck. Hemline is slightly lower in the back than front. Vertical stripes of chambray blue/gray and white. Two front breast pockets. Only worn and washed one time! in EUC/ like new! Size XS, but it runs more like a Small Bust: 17" length: 34 1/2"
