@fashion999z @begoniasz hi there! I’m sorry I’m just now seeing these messages. I just measured the bust and I believe it’s 13.5 inches. Also, it does not have tags because I cut the tag prematurely and was determined to make the small fit even though I needed a medium. I ended up never wearing it because it was too small but it’s 100% brand new. Let me know if you have any other questions- thanks!
