XXI Floral Party Skirt

Super cute skirt that is quite comfy. This piece would look adorable paired with a sweater and some booties. Material is super soft, and the inside is lined with this beautiful blue fabric! Has only been worn a handful of times, so basically just right off the rack at a store.
