This is brand new with tags! From 2013. From Xhilaration at Target! It is soooo cute, just never fit. The front has buttons and ruffles. There are pads inside that can be removed. The straps are positioned in a way that it could be worn as a bikini top or bandeau top. It is a size Large. I do have matching bottoms for sale, but those are a size XL.
