what_women_need @chippewachica laying flat it is 19 to 20 in. but it is a very flowy dress so it can fit pretty much anyone. and the top straps are adjustable so that will help with the bust area making it bigger or smaller since you can adjust where it sits on you. plus it has some stretch to it
