This mini skirt is gently used. It is a size 26. The length is 13 inches. This skirt actually has 6 real pockets!! No fake pockets! There are two regular sized pockets on the back and the front. The back right pocket has a mini card holder pocket inside pictured. And the front right pocket has one of those tiny mini pockets.
