Vintage 70's Baby Blue Maxi Dress Flower Lace Neck

Gorgeous vintage 1970's maxi dress. Bright baby blue. White flower lace along the neckline and sleeves. Ties at the waist. Wide ruffle at the bottom. Handmade so no tag or fabric content. When it was sewn they used the edge of the fabric for the sash and so m it has very tiny holes all down the edge. I included a picture of it. It doesn't detract from this beautiful dress. Bust measures 16 1/4" Waist 15 3/4" Length 55"
