NWT I.N. San Fran red peplum semi formal dress

This it is a brand new with tags red strapless peplum style semi formal dress by I.N. San Francisco. It does zip all the way up, it just did not fit on my dress form. It includes a black elastic belt with rhinestone closure. Approximate measurements: 13.5” armpit to armpit, 12.5” waist, and 26.5” long. no swaps!
