is this more like a small? A 17" is 34".
A medium goes up to 18" which is 36"

@kaulanaz29 that's the measurement so I would say it would fit as a small. I have no idea why it has a LARGE L on it!

...just to be sure...the armpit to armpit lying flat is only 17" is that correct...that's really small :)
