How do you know what size to get in these

@rtish 6.5β is smaller wrist and 7.5β is average.
To measure wrist: Wrap flexible measuring tape around your wrist and record measurement. Add 1/2 inch to that measurement so that your bracelet is not too tight. If you do not have a flexible measuring tape wrap a piece of string around your wrist and hold at appropriate length and onto a ruler to measure.
