Spring white and navy blue polka-dot dress

This dress has never been worn. It is really pretty on, flowy, with ruffle detailing in the front throughout. This dress also has a liner so it is not see through! For length reference, I am 5'2" and it hits right above my knee. Bust: 13.5" (laying flat) Waist: 12" (laying flat) * note it is elastic and has a lot of give.
