This bag was all the rage and sold out around 2008. Tons of celebrities had it. This collection was featured in the first sex and the city movie. Some wear on the shoulder straps(please see photo).

@tmontoya0210 the pictures I posted of the actual bag are accurate. No, the bag is not dirty on the inside or outside. There is some wear on the handle which I posted an extra picture of. It is a well loved bag though :-)
