NWOT Topshop red dress

brand new, tags taken off but never worn! fits like an xs, always loved this dress when I've looked at it but never found the right occasion and now it's too small!! skirt comes down about mid thigh on me (5'6") soft material, skirt opens, all slim fitting and very flattering even for smaller chests!
