UO Button Down Tie Sleeve Blouse

Urban outfitters red floral button down tie sleeve blouse! Size small. This top is adorable and deserves much more wear than I give it. Looks so cute tucked in or with a pair of jeans. One of the buttons fell off (shown in the last picture) but it isn’t even noticeable with a safety pin and could even be salvaged with some decent sewing skills cheaper on Ⓜ️
