This was covered at Poshfest 2 years ago a person isnt searching with emogiis as they are really cute and may stand out they also confuse the poshmark search engine.... making your item when shared fall to the waist side try using a graphic instead just make sure to leave your main picture... so when your sale is over you can remove the graphic by replacing the original photo instead so that your items are still seen... it makes a huge differance!!!! And everyone can see your sale items!!!

denimmunkies @maddmadd27 they make money when we make money they make a small percentage however there a line every POSHERS HAS TO DRAW... we helped with the roll out for the simple one click relist, my first week just by relisting 29 items, that had been in my closet, I sold 17 of thosebitems I used to be afraid I would lose the likes, ifthey wanted it, they would of purchased it ar a fair price

denimmunkies @maddmadd27 however keep in mind the poshers that do participate on the daily sales point do get increased visibility, keep that in mind. If they chose to sell for dirt cheap, they make more sales then you but they have to make 4 sales for the one sale you make!!!! another way to partisipate is by creating memes or advertisements say you have tons of levis make a meme to place throughout your closet you can then reduce the value of that item

denimcrush @maddmadd27 now when you go into edit a listing, you will see copy listing to the right or delete listing to left at the bottom of each of your listings, simply click copy, then you will make any addl addl changes however remember to take the copy, off your title as it auto applies at each, I would deff consider your price drops when pricing as many get buried

denimmunkies @jenniefinds007 Do not include this in your title use thst space for the best bottom line think of it like google how would search for your item? thats your best title then repeat in your description, you can place HP IN YOUR DESCRIPTION WHERE YOUR ALLOTED MORE ROOM!!!! most people do not know their phones have a built in writing ability in your gallery settings usually under edit there will me a memo or note option also somtimes under filters for some reason

kareng977 Appreciate this info and have heard it once before. I removed emojis from my listings except that I have items that are 3/$25, and I highlight them with a 🌟 in the title so that people can easily see which items are included in this promo. Would I avoid the search issue if I use asterisks or something like that that is part of a normal keyboard? Thank you!

denimjunkies @kareng977 actually every special charactor reduces the serach engine from someone being able to find your listing ..... all of them regardless of what you use people who see your sign will look but others who dont will not unless they come into you closet seeking they said at poshfest many people loose out on so many sales because they dont just say 2 tops bogo at top of closet and not use the special characters

That is outside the SCOPE of Poshmark." that was from the actual email
