Full pleated black skirt by Joy 100% viscose

Lightweight 100% viscose skirt by Joy. Full skirt comes below knee and has pleats and an inset waistband with elastic at each hip and belt loops, back zip only (no button or hook). Generous side slits keep this nice skirt from being all business. Size tag missing but seems like 1X, with the waist measuring about 18" across unstretched and about 20" across when fully stretched. Like new!
