@bekkarose12 hi! No I don't think so! The top definitely would not be too small as it's an oversized fit and runs large. Regarding the shorts, I wear a size 27 in Levi's ( my waist is 27'', my hips are 35'' and these fit me) plus the waist band is elastic so it gives it some stretch, but the shorts are short! Not super long
