distinctly_val @mycloset233 hi, again! So sorry for the delay! It is approximately 15 inches at the bust and 11.5 inches where the flouncy part of the dress meets the fitted part. I usually wear a 0 to 00 in Bebe, depending on the cut of the dress. I feel that if you wear a 00 this dress will still fit nicely, and if you are a 0, then, this dress will fit great too because of how stretchy it is. I hope this helps! 😍

mycloset233 @distinctly_val Yes I thought it might be too small. I am a size 2. the measurements are just a little small and I really don't want to stretch it. Trying to look like an elephant wearing something. LOL! thank you!
