Gorgeous beaded cascading tuck detail strapless gown by Tony Bowls. Has built in padding and boning at chest. Tule underlining in the skirt area. Comes with matching bolero. Has a couple of beads missing but still in good condition. Is a blue green. Had some alterations done so please check measurements.
