Soundgirl Dress/Cover-Up NWOT!

Soundgirl summer dress or swim suit cover up.. it's so cute it can be worn as either. I bought it at a boutique in Maui to wear as a dress but I never ended up wearing it. Red with Peach/Pink Hibiscus Flowers(Hawaiian State Flower). Has adjustable straps at neck and hips. Price is Firm!
