Bias silk chiffon skirt.

This bias cut Kurt is 2 layers of silk chiffon - under layer is electric blue, top layer us black. The front has decorative horizontal darts that pull up the front of the skirt so the electric blue pops out at the hem. There are in side seams so you have a smooth sexy fit. Wonderful craftsmanship, made in Italy. Perfect condition. Waist is 30” - to be worn at lowest waist point. Length- 27”
