Super Cute Strappy Floral Flowy Forever 21 Dress

Worn only twice! Suuuper cute to dress up or wear casually. Purchased from Forever 21. This dress has some black fabric underneath so it isn’t see through at all! The fabric is light and airy, flowy too! The straps are beyond cute! It has a low back and a zipper towards the bottom, as shown in the photos. The zipper works perfectly fine (also as shown in photos).
