Susan Monaco dress

Adorable royal blue ( the pictures do not serve it well) sleeveless , stretchy with pleats . Can dress it up or throw on sandals or flip flops for a more casual look. Very comfortable on Approximate measurements- 26” top to bottom 12 3/4” pit to pit 12 1/2” chest Falls just above knees for me ( I am 5’3 No rips or stains but it does show some normal wear
