Hi! What’s the waist measurement for the size 27?
Jun 15Reply

poeticthreads
@caila_heintz hey there! the size 27 measures 13.75" flat across with a 10.5" rise and these have a little stretch in them! 😊

emerlinetabares

Jun 15Reply

cgray15
what size do they say on the jeans? it looks like it says 24
Jun 16Reply

poeticthreads
@cgray15 I had multiple sizes for sale of the same jean. I only have one size 27 now 😊
Jun 16Reply

annakorey
Are they cropped?
Jul 15Reply

poeticthreads
@annakorey Hey there! they are a 28" inseam and designed to be cropped yes! but it depends on your height. im 5'7" and they fit cropped on me just like the model pics 🙂

mllaurence
Hi! I would love to get a pair in a size 26. Do you have any or will you be restocking??
Jul 25Reply

poeticthreads
@mllaurence hi! I'm not sure if ill get more sizes in, but ill tag you if I do!
Jul 25Reply

emhowlett
What’s the waist measurement for the 24? Thanks !
Jul 26Reply

poeticthreads
@emhowlett hey thanks for your patience! the size 24 waist measures 12.5" flat across and stretches to 13.25" 🙂
Jul 26Reply

emhowlett
@alyssapoe25 thanks :)

sambarney3
@alyssapoe25 hi! what are the measurements for the 25:
-high rise:
-inseam:
-waist (laying flat):
thanks!!
Aug 10Reply

poeticthreads
@sambarney3 hey there! All sizes have a 28” inseam, rise is 10.5”, waist is 13” laying flat 🙂 on size 25
Aug 10Reply

rebeccalynn0022
@alyssapoe25 do you still have the 25s ? What’re the measurements for 25 and 26
Aug 18Reply

poeticthreads
@mllaurence hey! I did get restocked in these and have a size 26 available 🥰
Aug 18Reply

poeticthreads
@rebeccalynn0022 hi there! taken laying flat, size 25 measures a 13" waist & size 26 measures a 13.5" waist. Both sizes have a 28" inseam and a 10.5" rise.
If you need a 26" inseam, I have a separate listing with the same exact jean for that 2" shorter inseam available in my closet.

aherbort
How would you say these fit in comparison to the Ribcage style? I'm normally a 26 in those, but I have a smaller waist compared to my hips and usually have a bit of trouble finding the right fit!
Aug 24Reply

poeticthreads
@aherbort hey there! so wedgie vs. ribcage. Wedgie is a high rise but sits 1.5 inches lower than the ribcage fit (10.5" rise vs. 12")
also wedgie will be fitted through the hip and thigh vs. ribcage is just fitted through the hip. I also have a smaller waist and more athletic build in the hip and thigh. I can only wear wedgie fit jeans with stretch in the fabric. This pair does have stretch and I reccomend your normal size, 26. I wear 25 in this jean and my ribcage jeans 🙂
Aug 24Reply

poeticthreads
@aherbort for guidance on where the rise hits- im 5'7" (on the taller side) and this pair hits in the middle of my belly button. 🙂
Aug 24Reply

aherbort
Thank you so much for the info, really really helpful:) are you doing any sort of sale if you purchase more than one pair of denim?
Aug 24Reply

aherbort
Oh I just saw your post about a sale, do you have any other denim you would recommend for someone with a 26" waist and around 38"-40" hips? I like the corduroy ribcage but you're out of a 26:/
Aug 24Reply

cheche213
Is there any elasticity in these?
Sep 07Reply

poeticthreads
@cheche213 yes! They have 1% elastane in the denim so these have some stretch to them 😊
Sep 07Reply

stephkhalil
@alyssapoe25 how would you say these fit compared to the 501’s? I’m a size 25 in 501s and they fit pretty snug on me! I’m super interested in these but wondering if I should size up?
Sep 09Reply

poeticthreads
@stephkhalil hey there! these fit snug in the hip and thigh just like the 501 original jeans. This pair specifically fits true to size due to a little stretch in the denim, however, a lot of people will size up one size in the wedgie fit because of the snug fit and they are happy with their decision. It also depends what kind of 501 fit you have... a lot of 501 denim runs a little bigger, so sizing up one size might be the best decision 😊
Sep 09Reply

stephkhalil
@alyssapoe25 so if my waist is a 26 and hips are a 36.5 would you suggest getting a 25 or 26? 🙂
Sep 09Reply

poeticthreads
@stephkhalil Definitely the size 25 will work best- we almost have identical measurements! 😁 I have a 26" waist and 36" hips and the 25 fits great! I normally wear a 25 or 0
Sep 09Reply

stephkhalil
@alyssapoe25 Yay! Do I just select the size and purchase then? Ive never purchased something where it’s offered multiple sizes!
Sep 09Reply

poeticthreads
@stephkhalil haha no worries! yes you'll select the buy button then it'll ask you to select a size and take you checkout 🥰😊
Sep 09Reply

madisonshaheen
Hi there! Would you mind sharing the measurements for a size 26? Maybe also the measurements for size 27, too? (Just to be safe hahaha)
Sep 23Reply

poeticthreads
@madisonshaheen haha sure no problem! size 26 waist measures 13.5" laying flat, size 27 measures 14" laying flat.
rise is 10.5" ans inseam 28" for both pairs. these run true to size and have stretch! 26=2, 27=4 😊
Sep 24Reply

kyliesweethoney
Hey there! So my jeans are usually 13” laid flat. What size do you recommend? Also what are the thigh measurements for that size? Thank you
Sep 26Reply

poeticthreads
@kyliesweethoney hey there! 13" laying flat is a size 25. Im not able to provide thigh measurements until Monday. but i have a 26" waist and 36" hips and wear a size 25. These jeans also have stretch in them 😊
Sep 26Reply

poeticthreads
@chrizkayla these are available in the 26. same jean but 2 inches longer 😊
Sep 28Reply

chrizkayla
@alyssapoe25 I think I'm too short for a 28 inch inseam but I'll see when I try on other pants from levi's
Sep 28Reply

poeticthreads
@chrizkayla ahh I see. Well if you change your mind, these have a raw hem and can be cut to the length you’re wanting and will still have the same fringed raw hem look after one to two washes. 😊
Sep 28Reply

fullelyse
I love these.
I am usually a 24 on Levi. Can you please send me the measurements of the waist laying flat and the rise so I can see if the 25 would work? Thank you in advance.
Oct 16Reply

poeticthreads
@fullelyse hey there! the rise is 10.5" for both pairs and the waist laying flat is 12.5" for size 24. The size 25 is 13" laying flat across 😊 these run true to size. 24=00, 25=0 and these have a little stretch in the denim too!
Oct 16Reply

kaylabe33
I have a pair of the 501 skinny jeans in a 28. They are at least an inch or two big in the waist. What size would you recommend for this style? I was thinking a 27? Thanks!
Oct 23Reply

poeticthreads
@kaylabe33 hi there! Based on your description I recommend the size 27. This jean also has stretch in the denim for a better fit 😊
Oct 23Reply

kaylabe33
@poeticthreads I re tried them on and it’s actually like 3-4 inches too big around my waist, still a 27?
Oct 23Reply

poeticthreads
@kaylabe33 501 jeans usually have more room in the waist than wedgie fit jeans. Do you have flexible measuring tape to measure you’re waist around the smallest part just above your belly button?
Oct 23Reply

kaylabe33
@poeticthreads I measured around my belly button like you suggested and I measured 27
Oct 30Reply

poeticthreads
@kaylabe33 hey there! So actually a size 26 would fit you best! size 27 would be a little big around the waist

jj212202
Hi I’m interested but am not sure whether to get a 26 or 27. I typically wear American Eagle jeans, a 0 in stretchy denim, while a 2 (26) in rigid denim. I just don’t want to have zero room, you know? plus I’m worried about shrinking
Nov 08Reply

poeticthreads
@jj212202 hey there thanks for your interest! If youre a 0 in American eagle denim (equivalent to size 25), you'd be a size 25 in this pair too! This jean isn't 100% cotton. its 99% cotton with 1% elastane so they have some stretch to hug your curves. As far as shrinking, since it has some stretch, they shouldn't shrink if you wash on cold and tumble dry low or lay flat to dry.
Nov 08Reply

poeticthreads
@jj212202 Im also a 0 in American eagle and wear the size 25 in this pair. I have 36" hips to give you an idea. I hope this helps you 😁🥰
Nov 08Reply

allhail_jo
Still have a 24?
Nov 14Reply

poeticthreads
@allhail_jo hi yes I have a 24! 😊

Dec 17Reply

poeticthreads
@kenzydavalin hi! Yes size 24 is still available 😁
Dec 17Reply

poeticthreads
@lunabobuna if you happen to be a size 24. I have one size left in the same exact jean with a 28" inseam!
Dec 30Reply

lunabobuna
@poeticthreads agh I wish!! I have a lot of Levi’s with a decent fit that are a 29 so I don’t think I could go that small.
Dec 30Reply

dawsontyler243
