Black polka-dot winter pea-coat with puff sleeves, button front, and self-tie belt at the waist. Coat has an interior lining, and fabric is medium-weight. Coat withstood Chicago winters! Condition: Gently worn. Coat was worn for a few seasons, but wore well. Some slight piling underneath the sleeves.
