Sold an excellent condition Patagonia to Taylin79. I washed it and wrapped it the day I mailed it out. It was in perfect condition as I rarely wore it. The day she received it she contacted posh and said it was thinner than her other Patagonia and covered in pills. I’ve been on Posh since 2015 & as a top seller w/excellent reviews agreed to the return to provide good customer service. What I received back was worn out covered in pills, pet hair and smelly-kept mine sent hers to me. I am out $

jemacleod Reported to Posh and all they did was give me a $15 credit. This was sold for $48. I am now out my fleece to resell! Very disappointed in the Posh response...

jemacleod @daniellegodd561 it was weird. She responded right after I listed and offered a lowball offer ($20) & I countered at $48. She offering more bids but the fleece was in excellent condition and I had much interest on Posh & Merc. So I told her $48 was my firm offer. She offered lower again and I just didn’t respond... then she messaged me “didn’t you get my offer, you didn’t respond”... I told her that I had just posted it and there was a lot of interest and I would not sell for less than $48.

jemacleod She purchased it and literally the day it arrived she filed for the return. I asked her to supply more pictures when Posh contacted me and she never did . Now I know why. I had a weird feeling about this from the beginning & should have followed my spidie senses...thank you for sharing

manyseasonsofme @jemacleod Had a switch pulled on me as well. :( I knew something was up when she immediately opened a case. This was when lockdowns 1st started. I would've told her to just keep it had she reached out to me. The dress I received back wasn't the same one I'd sent AND reeked of cigarette smoke along with a faint cheap perfume smell. REEKED. Also the pits were NASTY. Posh gave me a $10 credit.Then I blocked her. I know it's just a part of doing business (the BAD part) but it still hurt.

jemacleod @manyseasonsofme it was so frustrating! I also got a posh credit for $10. Certainly not what the Patagonia was worth. I couldn’t believe someone actually had the guts to do it! I thought maybe it was a fluke and it only happened to me. Sadly I have learned my lesson and will never accept a return request again. I need to list that somewhere in my closet. Best to you!

jillkoro38 So sorry to hear this! I’ve taken more measures bc I’ve had a few problems with sellers like this, on my more expensive and popular listings I always record and take photos of the item as I packaged it too just in case! Just an extra safety measure, it’s a shame bc I feel lately it’s gotten worse on posh.. especially compared to my experiences as a seller last season. Will share for sure!!
