New with tags. Halter with twisted neck. 96% polyester, 4 spandex. Please note: the stock photo shows the dress in a different color. The actual item is black. I very thoroughly lint roll every piece of clothing however, sometimes a few pieces of hair will slip through. Items may smell of laundry detergent.
