Madewell Frances Skimmer Leather Loafer

Worn twice, I suck at walking and kept scuffing the shoes (3 scuffs that are pictured). So I decided I’ll destroy them soon and maybe someone else with better walking skills can use these beautiful shoes. We reworked our best-selling loafers, turning them into softer, bendier skimmers (and, yup, they still do the casual-meets-dressy thing in luxe leather). Cushiness alert: We've added an extra layer of padding to make them even easier on the feet. Leather upper, man-made sole.
