Cynthia Steffe Red Off-Shoulder Dress Size 4. Fitted and fully lined. Zipper and clasp in back. Straps can be worn on or off shoulder. Beautiful, bright red. In excellent condition, only worn it once for 1 hour. length is about 31 inches, waist is about 15 inches and bust is more like 18 inches when I measured it with a rope since there is a room for the breast, that is hard to do it with the tape measurements.
