kristine8523 @nyseawitch Sorry for the late reply...just got home from work. The shoulder seams are inset a bit, but I would say that it is approximately 19”. The shoulder to hem is 33”. The coat is in pristine condition and does not have that weird thrift store smell. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you for your interest!

kristine8523 @dhowad0 Hi there, apologies for the late reply, I just got off of work. There aren’t any clasp closures and the fur is flawless. I will try my best to package the coat so the fur doesn’t flatten. I will send out in tomorrows mail. Thank you for your purchase and have a great holiday season!

kristine8523 @dhowad0 There aren’t any button closures or any other way to close the coat. Also, the sleeves are quite short, so one can see their longer gloves. I’m glad you mentioned that you’re in Michigan, because this coat is not very warm. It is a beautiful coat, but it is much more for fashion than function :| Do you still want the coat or have any other questions? I haven’t sent it out yet and wouldn’t want you to spend the money, if it won’t work for the chilly winter :)

I’m about 5’4 1/2 and 115 pounds. I wear XS and some smalls too. Are you tall or average height? 😊 Also, I love the coat and it would probably be for dressy occasions.

dhowad0 s. I may be able to take it to a seamstress to have a few closure clasps attached. It would just be a matter of seeing it in person. Is the leather pretty supple (soft)? I know it’s vintage and it can harden over time sometimes but it looks like it’s in great condition. 😁

dhowad0 @kristine8523 Okay, sounds great! 😊 I’m hoping it will work fine despite the shorter sleeves. I won’t know until I try it on but it looks like it might be 4 to 5 inches shorter on my arms.
