Leith Snakeskin Pattern Fit and Flare Dress

Size XXS, but should fit someone who normally wears XS. For context, I wear size two and was able to fit into this, but the arms are a little short. The waist is very elastic so my usual 26” waist can fit into this. New with tag. Super cute dress!
