Sabo skirt mini dress NWOT

Purchased at sabo skirt but is from the brand shareen collections. Australian size 8 ... so us size 4! I think it’d also fit a us 2. runs short in length Dress is brand new without tags. Has a cute high neck in the front with button detail in the back of the neck. Zipper in the back. Emerald green color. The style on the bottom is rounded in the front and back. Has 3 strings that have unattached from one end on the lace as pictured in the last one (really not noticeable)
