Early 2000's / Y2K Wet Seal mini dress. Scoop neck, form fitting (size ‘large’ wears more like a tight medium - if you want measurements, just ask!). Re-colored "distressed" looking image shows an empty pink highway going into a teal clouded sky. Only worn once - tucked in and as a tank top (the early 00's were a weird time lol). 95% Polyester, 5% Spandex. Smoke-free and pet-free home.
