Floral Skirt NWOT

Chico's black and white all over print floral print. A-line cut with a basket weave cutout hem. Hidden side zipper and elastic sides. Fully lined to above the cutout hem Skirt is just above knee length. Chico size 1 = M/8. NWOT . Never worn. Perfect with sandals for summer. Perfect with black tights, boots, and a fitted black t-neck in winter.
