Bracelet or necklace

Unusual piece with faux golden pearls, bits of clear stones, beads and shaped golden dangles can be warm as a choker or a bracelet. Purchased from a Paris street vendor. I have 2 other similar pieces bought at the same time listed elsewhere in my closet
