Founded in Paris, France in 1847 by Louis-François Cartier, the company remained under family control until 1964. The company maintains its headquarters in Paris, although it is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Compagnie Financière Richemont SA in Switzerland. In this art deco style image we view the fashionable couple in their car with the man’s watch featured. The image is certainly reminiscent of Tamara Lempicka’s style but it was created by an anonymous artist. This is an Original Vintage Poster; it is not a reproduction.
