@jessicachamb592 I would be happy to do an exchange, however, the buyer needs to pay shipping. I have low margins. For example: If a top cost me $20 wholesale and I sale it for $30, after posh fees, I get $24. If a customer wants to exchange and I pay shipping to send the item out of $7, I then would would get $17 on something I paid $20 for. I have a small business, I love bringing super cool items to poshers at reasonable prices. However, it doesn't make sense to lose $ doing it.
