Triple spaghetti straps that cross in the back and tie. Straps can be adjusted by how they tie in the back. Measurements taken flat: (dress is stretchy!) about 14 inches across bust and smallest part of waist. 27 inches long from front center neckline to bottom hem. About 36 inches long from top of straps to hem (varies since straps adjust). Great condition.
