Blue floral maxi dress size S

Reposhing this item I purchased from @youdivine. I just received It and have never worn It. I’m 5’0 and this dress is a size small (as It states on packaging) but It was too big for me. I think this dress is best suited for someone taller (and less busty). It’s very pretty and wish I could wear It! Questions? Leave a comment below!
