Navajo inlay style pendant & sterling silver chain

This is an amazing Navajo multi inlay sterling silver pendant and Italian sterling silver chain. It is made into the shape of a puffy heart with inlay style stones (not sure if they are natural stones). The chain is 18 inches long and is stamped Italy and 925 for sterling silver on its clasp. In excellent vintage condition.
