Coastal polka dot dress

Blue and white, sleeveless, polka dot dress. Has functional pockets and a stretchy, draw-string waist. Pair this with a red belt, sandals and a floppy hat for a cute costal look. Has very slight discoloration on underarms which is not noticeable when worn (see 3rd pic). Length: 36”, bust: 19”, waist: 13”-19”.
