Super cute navy dress with dark cream polka dots. A ruffle down the full front of the dress as well as a full Zipper down the front of the dress. Waist is elasticized. Seam under left armpit shows some pulling but no hole you can see through (see pic).

christinap2218 @rellapicassa Hello 😊 the flat lay bust measurement is just under 17.5” armpit to armpit. The waist measurement is 12” but it is fully elasticized so can stretch to over 17” flat lay.
