This dress was a size 6 from David’s Bridal altered down to a 4. The length was perfect for me and was never hemmed (I am 5’3” and it has horsehair braid at the bottom). Cups were very pointy so those were flattened out some. Bustle is attached, buttons shown in one of the pictures.

@stepheny81 The waist is 26 and the bust can fit 32-36! My bust is 32C and had a little bit of room but it worked.
