Reposhing this item. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new, I never ended up wearing them enough beautiful color though. I have included the slight stains on the bottom where these are wore on the heel these were there when I got them. leibling @kristen25 I am so sorry it took me so long to get these! I had to replace my tape measure. These are 15 3/4" flat and are very stretchy. The length is approx 50" these have a lot of ruching up the side of the legs and can accommodate just about any height.
