Handmade vintage inspired circle skirt with pockes

Handmade skirt. Made from cotton and vintage polyester blend. The play polyester blend is a red fabric with vintage bicycles throughout. Super cool fabric. The skirt is adjustable waist. Simply pull the elastic on the inside of the waistline and secure to the button. Because it is adjustable waist it can go down to a 26-inch waist and up to a 40 in waist . Just like in kids clothing. The skirt also has pockets.
