Super cute dress from anthropologie (little yellow button). Made to look like skirt and tucked in top. Top is navy with cap sleeves. Zipper side. Skirt is distressed navy and white stripe . Partial pleated and pockets. Tie strap waist. Size small. Armpit to armpit is 16 1/2", waist is 14 1/2". Waist to hem is 21". Excellent used condition. *D7
